Acceptance

By using NostrDeck you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Free Tools

All free tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. They are intended for lawful use with the Nostr protocol. You may not use them to harass, spam, or harm other users or relays.

NIP-05 Identity Service

Identities are sold as an annual subscription (or one-time for free tier).
You may not register usernames that impersonate others, contain hate speech, or violate any applicable law.
We reserve the right to revoke an identity that violates these rules without refund.
Payments are processed via BTCPay Server. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime but aim for best-effort availability.

Limitation of Liability

NostrDeck is not liable for any loss of data, lost revenue, or damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
